Ideally we are looking for people with experience in a similar setting but this is not essential. What is important is that you are KEEN, CARING, MOTIVIATED and ENTHUSIASTIC with a willingness to learn and support the Ethos of Torcare Ltd.
The post will involve working a shift rota, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary: £36,400.00 per annum (based on 40hr week, equivalent to £17.50ph)
A dynamic well established service, caring for 50 people. We have an excellent reputation for being innovative and offering real personalised care with teams of staff.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of patient care together with your team of experienced care assistants.
There is daily support from qualified nurses, including a Matron and a General Manager.
